Mr. Mark Flaherty is a seasoned investment professional with more than three decades of experience in investment management. He served as Vice Chairman and Director of Global Investment Services at Wellington Management Company, LLP, where he oversaw the firm’s global client relationships and business strategy. Mr. Flaherty began his career at Wellington in 1999 and held various senior positions, helping institutional investors navigate complex global markets. Prior to Wellington, he worked at Standish, Ayer and Wood as a Senior Vice President and partner. Mr. Flaherty is known for his deep knowledge of global financial markets, portfolio management, and strategic business development. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Flaherty’s financial expertise and global perspective support WalesTrust Corp in its efforts to achieve long-term investment success.

Kimberley D. Harris serves as Executive Vice President of Comcast Corporation and General Counsel of NBCUniversal. Ms. Harris previously served as Deputy Counsel and Deputy Assistant to President Barack Obama in the White House Counsel’s Office, where she focused on legal policy and judicial nominations. She also held the position of Senior Vice President of NBCUniversal News Group. Earlier in her career, she was a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, specializing in white-collar criminal defense and securities enforcement. Ms. Harris is a graduate of Harvard University and Yale Law School and serves on the boards of directors for the Brennan Center for Justice and Advocates for Children of New York.
