Mr. Flaherty began his career at Wellington in 1999 and held various senior positions, helping institutional investors navigate complex global markets. Prior to Wellington, he worked at Standish, Ayer and Wood as a Senior Vice President and partner. Mr. Flaherty is known for his deep knowledge of global financial markets, portfolio management, and strategic business development. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Kimberley D. Harris serves as Executive Vice President of Comcast Corporation and General Counsel of NBCUniversal. Ms. Harris previously served as Deputy Counsel and Deputy Assistant to President Barack Obama in the White House Counsel’s Office, where she focused on legal policy and judicial nominations. Earlier in her career, she was a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, specializing in white-collar criminal defense and securities enforcement.
